It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt and niece on Sunday, October 28th, 2018 at the B.G.H.G.S.S. with her loving family and friends by her side. Jasmine Saunders of Cardinal at the age of 18. Beloved daughter of Spring Cowles of Spencerville and Bill Saunders of Almonte. Loving sister of Brooklyn Saunders (Dan McLaughlin) of Iroquois, Gracelyn Saunders of Spencerville and special aunt and uncle Marie and John Portieous of Spencerville. Cherished aunt Koko to Darius and Taylee. Loving companion to Jessie McKenna of Prescott. Jasmine is predeceased by her maternal grandfather Craig Cowles and paternal grandparents Linda and Rod McNeil. Jasmine will be sadly missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal on Thursday, from 2 pm—4 pm and 7 pm—9 pm. Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, November 2nd at 11 a.m. In Jasmine’s memory donations to the Jasmine Saunders Bursary Fund would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
Interment
Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cardinal, Ontario.
