Bill Pettinger, a 37-year employee and a 36-year retiree of Bell Canada, passed away peacefully at home in Iroquois on Saturday, June 1st, 2019 in his 94th year. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley (Rosen/Mandel) and his children Bruce, Ralph (Kim Christenson), Helen (David Irving) and stepsons Victor (Laura Robinson) and Jason Mandel. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; Kaitlin and Andrew Pettinger (Jenelle Power), Tyler (Andria Samis), Megan (Julien Koop), and Scott Irving, Alex, Nicolas, Emma, Jacob and Sarah Mandel, and Julia, Benjamin and Stella Robinson-Rosendorff as well as two great grandchildren; Isabel and Noah Irving.  Bill was predeceased by parents William and Helen (nee Lamb), his brothers John and George and sister Marion Burke, all formerly of Alberta.

Funeral Arrangements

A graveside service will be held at the Shanly Cemetery, on Saturday, June 15st, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Donations to J.W. MacIntosh Seniors Support Centre Williamsburg or charity of choice would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
