Winchester District Memorial Hospital and Dundas Manor Support Local Businesses

It's a two-way street - in Winchester

[WDMH was pleased to welcome members of the North Dundas Chamber of Commerce to WDMH. It was a great opportunity to meet local business owners and share news about the hospital and some of the latest medical equipment. Shopping locally. It’s a trend throughout Canada – but here in Winchester, it’s much more than that. It’s a key part of our ongoing relationship with the communities we serve.

Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH) and Dundas Manor are committed to working with local services and businesses wherever possible. We also encourage staff and patients to do the same.

At a recent holiday mixer with the North Dundas Chamber of Commerce, WDMH CEO Cholly Boland noted that the hospital and Dundas Manor are happy to support local services and businesses. In fact, they worked with more than 100 of them this past year, spending more than $300,000. “It’s a two-way street. We want to support the local economy and we are very appreciative of the support that local businesses provide to the hospital and Dundas Manor. Everyone wins.”

If you would like to provide comments or suggestions about hospital services, please contact Cholly Boland, President and CEO, Winchester District Memorial Hospital at 613-774-1049 or by email at cboland@wdmh.on.ca.
