10 to 15 cm snowfall on the way tonight into Friday.

A deepening low pressure system will track northward along the Eastern Seaboard today and Friday. Snow associated with the low will reach Eastern Ontario beginning this evening, then continue tonight into Friday.

Current indications are that total snowfall amounts will be in the 10 to 15 cm range. The commute this evening may be affected somewhat. However, more significant impacts are expected on the Friday morning commute. Motorists should be prepared for poor winter driving conditions.

Snow is expected to become light and intermittent by Friday evening.

There remains some uncertainty in the track of the low and total amount of snow.
