On Sunday, December 2nd, 2018, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a theft from Canadian Tire on County Road 2 in Morrisburg.
On Friday, December 7th, 2018 members of the SD&G OPP and Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) arrested two males in connection with the theft.
40-year old Christopher McRoberts from North Dundas and 23-year-old Randy Froats from South Dundas were arrested and are charged with:
Fail to Comply with conditions of an undertaking
Theft Under $5000 (2 counts)
Both males were held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
On Thursday, December 6th, 2018, McRoberts and Froats were arrested and charged following the execution of a search warrant on Beach Street in Winchester.

On Monday, November 12th, 2018, McRoberts was arrested and charged after allegedly trespassing onto a North Dundas Property in the late-evening hours of Saturday, October 27th and assaulting a homeowner.
