It's that time of year again!
South Dundas dog licenses expire on December 31st each year. Dog owners are required to register and purchase a tag for each dog owned. There is a limit of 3 dogs in any location (unless you're operating a kennel). If you acquire a dog after January 1st, register the dog and purchase tags at the Municipal Office within 15 days.
Dog tags cost $12.00 and can be purchased at the Municipal Office Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You can also purchase dog tags at the SD&G County Library in Morrisburg, Iroquois or Williamsburg.
You're supposed to keep dog tags securely fixed on the dog it was issued until the tag is renewed or replaced. If your tag is lost, you can get a replacement at the Municipal office for $3.00.
The Municipal Office is located at 34 Ottawa Street in Morrisburg.
