At approximately 1:12 AM on Thursday, June 6th, 2019, SD&G OPP officers responded to a reported disturbance at the Highway 401 westbound ONroute in South Dundas.
The police investigation revealed that an adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol, and had stolen items from the business.
30-year-old Arthur Kujawiak of Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec was arrested and is charged with:
Drive a motor vehicle while impaired
Drive a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood
Theft under $5000
He was released and is scheduled to appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on July 11th, 2019.
