You may have noticed building materials and construction workers in the area of the Morrisburg Post Office this week. Canada Post has confirmed the Morrisburg Post Office, located at 4 Fifth Street West—is getting a new roof.
Jones Lang Lasalle, a professional services and investment management company that specializes in real estate, is responsible for the building maintenance and repair services to most Canada Post facilities, including the Morrisburg Post Office.
Canada Post anticipates the work will be completed before end of year.
Holiday Hours
The Morrisburg Post Office has been operating with extended holiday hours since November 19th.
The post office is open on Saturday, December 22nd, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Mail deposited after 12 p.m. on Monday, December 24th will not be processed before Thursday, December 27th.
Mail deposited after 12 p.m. on Monday, December 31st will not be processed before Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019.
