On October 25th, 2018, members of the OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Emergency Response Team (ERT) and SD&G OPP officers executed a Criminal Code Search Warrant at a property on Timmins Roads in North Dundas Township.

On October 30th, 2018, members of the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) arrested and charged 25-year-old Nathan Tibben of North Dundas with:
Careless storage of a firearm, prohibited device or ammunition
Possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to probation order (3 counts)
He was released and scheduled to appear in Morrisburg Court on December 4th, 2018.
