Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, May 15th, 2019, Jean Merkley (nee Loucks) of Morrisburg, age 87. Beloved wife of the late D’Arcy Merkley. Loving mother of Terry Merkley (Kim) of Elma. Dear sister of Doris Baker (Lyle) of Williamsburg. Jean will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Ashley Rudd (Daniel) and Courtney Merkley and her great-grandchildren Emma and Lucy Rudd. Predeceased by her parents Herb and Luva Loucks and her brother Douglas Deeks. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Tuesday, May 21st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 22nd at 11 a.m. Donations to the House of Lazarus would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
