Located at 9 Plaza Drive in Iroquois, Ontario, Mustard's Variety Ltd. is owned and operated by local businessman Jim Mustard.


Mustard's Variety is a small convenience store located in the Iroquois Plaza that stocks a range of everyday items such as groceries, snack foods, confectionery, soft drinks, tobacco products, lottery, over-the-counter drugs, toiletries, newspapers, and magazines.


In an interview with The Morrisburg News, South Dundas Mayor Evonne Delegarde described Mustard's Variety Ltd. owner Jim Mustard as funny, quick-witted and always a pleasure to be around. "Jim is very caring and generous to our community," she said. "He is very supportive of many local fundraising events, and does not hesitate to jump in and volunteer. We are very lucky to have him in our community as a businessman, and as a kind gentleman."


Jim and Mustard's Variety have been supporters of the Seaway Valley Crimestoppers program for over 25 years.

Today, the Mustard's Variety brand name has grown to be synonymous with uncompromising quality and outstanding local service in Iroquois.


According to Manta Research, Mustard's Variety has an annual revenue of $592,440 and employs approximately 5 people.
