On Tuesday, November 27th, 2018 at approximately 2:20 p.m., SD&G OPP officers responded to a reported single motor vehicle collision on County Road 31 in North Dundas Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
42-year-old Erin Moore of North Dundas, was arrested and is charged with:
Drive a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
Drive a Motor Vehicle with over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood
He was released and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall Court on December 13th, 2018.
