On September 26th, 2018, at approximately 3:51 p.m., SD&G OPP officers conducted a traffic stop following a traffic complaint on Highway 401 in South Dundas Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Jimmy LORD (44 years old) of Trois Rivieres, Quebec was arrested and is charged with:
Drive a motor vehicle while impaired
Drive a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood
He was released and is scheduled to appear in Morrisburg Court on October 9th, 2018.
