Happy Monday: Wet then wind-chilly as temperature drops

Monday started out mild and misty but showers switch to flurries in the morning and last through the afternoon as temperatures drop and then cloudy. Snowfall amount near 2 cm.
It will drop to -2 C from just above zero, but will feel more like -9 C by the afternoon with northwesterly winds at 20 km/h gusting to 40, Environment Canada predicts.
Expect a low of -9 C overnight that will feel like -16 with the wind chill. The overnight low is -13 C.
Tuesday is mainly sunny with wind becoming northwest 20 km/h near noon. High minus 5 with a wind chill near minus 16. UV index 1 or low.
Tuesday night should be clear with a low of minus 11.
Expect a mix of sun and cloud on Wednesday with a high of minus 3.
60 percent chance of flurries on Thursday, high of minus 2.
Clearing Friday with a high of minus 6.
Sunday looks Sunny with a high of minus 3.
