Grenville County OPP seek public assistance in Friday vehicle theft from Ottawa

The Grenville County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking public assistance in relation to a vehicle that was stolen from downtown Ottawa on Friday, November 23rd, 2018.

At approximately 9:15 a.m., a white cube van was stolen from George and William Street in the ByWard Market area of Ottawa and then made its way toward Merrickville and Kemptville.

OPP believe the suspect of this theft has been involved in numerous criminal activites in the Merrickville and Kemptvlle area. The OPP are requesting members of the public, who may have witnessed this theft, to contact Detective Constable Jessica Belanger of the Prescott Detachment at 613-925-4221.
