November 27th, 1944 - January 1st, 2019
Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Nig Roode of Cardinal at the age of 74. Dearly beloved husband of Janice Roode (nee Wood) of Cardinal. Step-father of Tony Simzer (Vicky) and Jeff Simzer (Tracey). Dear brother to his twin sister Ann Bradford, Mary Miller (Jerry) and Patsy Andress (Robert). Predeceased by his step-son Randy Simzer, his brothers; Angus, Daniel, Joseph, Patrick, an infant sister Susan and his nephew Dale. Sadly missed by several grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal, on Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 11am until the time of the service at 1pm. Donations to the OSPCA would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
Interment
Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cardinal, Ontario.
