On Saturday, December 15th, 2018 at approximately 11:20 p.m., an SD&G OPP Officer had the occasion to stop a vehicle at a RIDE program on County Road 8 in South Dundas Township.
A check of the male driver revealed his driving privileges were disqualified stemming from previous driving-related offences.
41-year-old Timothy Hubert of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
Drive disqualified (2 counts)
He was released and is scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court on January 8th, 2019.
