On Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at approximately 12:06 p.m., SD&G OPP officers responded to a reported physical altercation between two males outside of Iroquois Pizza, located on Miller Street in South Dundas Township.
Police say an altercation had occurred between two adult males outside of a business and that one male had assaulted the other.
56-year-old David Hooper of South Dundas was arrested and is charged with:
Assault
Fail to leave premises when directed (Trespass to Property Act)
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
