On January 31st, 2019 SD&G OPP officers concluded an investigation into a domestic situation in North Dundas Township.
The police investigation revealed that an adult male had damaged property, assaulted, sexually assaulted, threatened and forcibly confined his ex-wife in the recent past.
A 34-year-old male of North Dundas was arrested and is charged with:
Mischief
Assault (5 counts)
Sexual Assault
Forcible Confinement
Uttering Threats
He was held in custody (bail) and was scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on February 1st, 2019.
