On November 5th, 2018 at approximately 11:46 p.m., SD&G OPP officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle travelling 149 km/hr in a posted 80 km/hr zone on County Road 31 in North Dundas Township.
The police investigation revealed that the adult female driver was under the influence of alcohol.
33-year-old Tukyatuga Pishuktie of Montague Township, Ontario was arrested and is charged with:
Drive a motor vehicle while impaired
Drive a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood
Race a motor vehicle—stunt (Ontario Highway Traffic Act)
She was released and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall Court on Thursday, November 29th, 2018.
