On Friday, February 15th, 2019 at approximately 4:12 p.m., SD&G OPP officers responded to a disturbance on Bay Street in Iroquois.
The police investigation indicated that an altercation had occurred between two adult males. The accused male threatened the victim and assaulted him. The accused was also breaching previous release conditions.
24-year-old James (Jamie) Dickie of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with:
Assault
Uttering threats
Fail to comply with conditions of a probation order
Dickie was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on March 5th, 2019.
