On Sunday, January 27th, 2019 at approximately 7:25 p.m., SD&G OPP officers responded to a single vehicle collision on County Road 14 in South Stormont Township.
24-year-old Austin Bennett of North Stormont, Ontario was arrested and is charged with:
Drive a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
Drive a Motor Vehicle with over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood
He was released and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall Court on February 14th, 2019.
