On October 7th, 2018 at approximately 5:08 p.m., a SD&G OPP officer intercepted a vehicle while conducting traffic enforcement on County Road 2 in South Dundas Township. The stop revealed that the male was in contravention of previous release conditions and was in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
The male driver, Kyle Summers (35 years old) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Fail to comply with Undertaking
Possession of a controlled substance
He was held in custody (bail) and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
