Charges laid in drug trafficking investigation with links to outlaw motorcycle gangs

The Ontario Provincial Police-led Biker Enforcement Unit (BEU) and Brockville Police Service executed search warrants on two residences in Brockville on June 12th, 2019.

As a result of these warrants, two individuals were arrested without incident.

Six other individuals were also charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

A number of evidentiary items were seized as a result of the searches including suspected cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, hydromorphone and morphine, Canadian currency, hydraulic cocaine press, Red Devils MC clothing, Hells Angels MC support clothing and a prohibited weapon.

36-year-old Justin Rogers from Brockville has been charged with:

  • Possession for the Purpose CDSA 5(2) Cocaine;

  • Possession for the Purpose CDSA 5(2) Morphine;

  • Unauthorized Possession of Prohibited Weapon or Prohibited Device CC 92(2);

  • and Firearm or Weapon: Possession Contrary to Prohibition Order CC 117.01(1).

51-year-old Steven Osborne, also from Brockville, has been charged with:

  • Possession for the Purpose CDSA 5(2) Cocaine;

  • Possession for the Purpose CDSA 5(2) Morphine;Unauthorized Possession of Prohibited Weapon or Prohibited Device CC 92(2);

  • and Firearm or Weapon: Possession Contrary to Prohibition Order CC 117.01(1).

The police investigation continues.
