Marie Kloosterman's last bucket list item became a reality before she lost her battle with cancer. Déjà Vu Thrift Store in Cardinal opened on April 21st, 2018.
In the first year of operation, the store gave away 700 winter jackets and 324 skates. Medication was purchased for 3 local seniors and cash was donated to the Cardinal Library, a local school and the Cardinal Youth Centre.
Déjà Vu has helped single parents, victims of fire, and people starting over with free items.
Good things come to those who thrift.
