At approximately 12:25 AM on Sunday, June 2nd, 2019, SD&G OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint on County Road 31 in North Dundas Township.
The police investigation revealed that the adult driver was under the influence of alcohol.
29-year-old Calla O'Malley of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with:
Drive a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
Drive a Motor Vehicle with over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood
She was released and is scheduled to appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on Tuesday, July 9th, 2019.
